BRIEF

This was a school assignment, given by our teacher Jesper Olsen.

A large foreign investor has decided to go wholeheartedly into  the Danish insurance market. The new insurance company will be named "Insurenca". Analysis shows that, despite many competitors are still gains to be made.
The investor has asked to get explored / analyzed the communicative assignment that is to market entry. The main emphasis must be on identity, but as the identity linked inextricably with, how to communicate, they want to see the identity presented in this context too.

Insurenca will follow industry rules and prices and want to find a gap in the market. They want to work with ESP and design, as they know that customers are looking for confirmation of their identity / ego in products and consumption.

The task is therefore to find an optimal positioning / identity / insight / narrative that can be used to move the market and based on this design a consistent CI.
COMPETITORS & TARGET GROUPS

When analysing the market and competitors there appears a huge hole in the market about the age group 18-30 years.

FACTS

With the 36% of young people up to 24 years without insurance, there is a gap in the market and many potential customers.

”Young people think they are saving money by saving insurance away, but the bottom line is that they may risk ending up in debt the rest of their lives if they are not insured if an accident occurs."

Meeting them in their world where they are on home ground and where they are on a daily basis, without scaring them.
